Trade-lines have at least 6 months of good history
No late payments within the last 12 months
No new accounts opened in the last 6 months
Credit Utilization under 60%
Less than 6 hard inquiries on reports
No new collection accounts in the last year
Bankruptcy discharge must be at least 2 years old
